Returns policy
If you are there is something wrong with your order, please do get in touch and I will do my best to assist. However, being a small-scale, independent maker, I am only able to guarantee refunds if an item is damaged or faulty.
If an item unfortunately arrives to you damaged or faulty, please get in touch via email in the first instance. Please include: Your name, order number, description of the issue, and photographs if relevant.
If your request is accepted, I will send you a pre-paid shipping label, via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please post the item within 7 days of receiving this label. Once received, your refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Items sent back without getting in contact first will not be accepted and the item will not be returned to you or refunded.
Please note that these are handmade products and signs of this, such as small variations or imprecisions are not considered defects. Sometimes, marks or other imperfections will be noted on the product page and a small discount applied. If you purchase one of these items, the listed marks or imperfections are deemed to be accepted by you, and do not count as defects.
