This website is operated by Minuet Workshop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Minuet Workshop.
This website and webshop are hosted on Cargo Collective. They provide the online platform and e-commerce service that allows us to host our website and sell our products and services to you.
Terms of Service
This policy outlines the terms of service for use of this website and webshop. Please read it carefully, by using or accessing this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
For Minuet Shop (our web-shop)
We aim to accurately represent our products in photograph and written description, but if on occasion human errors have been made and the items are not as presented on the website, please get in touch and a refund, replacement, or cancellation of the order can be negotiated. We are not responsible if the information on this site is not fully complete, current, or accurate, and please note that your computer monitor's display of any color may differ from ours.
We reserve the right to change the description, specifications, quantity, price, and dispatch times for made-to-order items, without notice. Items may also be removed from the website and from sale without notice.
We also reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Returns and refunds are offered only if an item is damaged or faulty, please see our returns policy for more information.

The Site may be offline temporarily due to technical issues, maintenance, or updates. Where possible, prior notice will be aimed to be given (e.g. on our instagram stories), but this is not guaranteed.

Images, video, and written material are by Stephanie Jin (Minuet Workshop) unless otherwise stated or credited. Every effort is made to credit and acknowledge material created by others where necessary and reasonable. Please do not reproduce, use, distribute, or copy any text, video, or images without prior permission.

Privacy Policy
Personal Information we collect, how we use it, and how it is retained
We collect basic personal information you provide, such as name, shipping and billing address, email, and phone number when you make an order or purchase from the shop. This information is referred to as ‘personal information’ and is used only for purposes of fulfilling your order and any subsequent customer service after your order.
We may also collect and use personal information you choose to include in communications with us, for instance if you send us an email.
We may also store this information our record and bookkeeping, unless and until you request it be removed from our records.
Device Information we collect, how we use it, and how it is retained
When visiting the site, some information is automatically collected such as your IP address, time zone, information about your web browser, and some of the cookies installed on your device. This automatically-collected information is referred to as ‘device data’. This is collected and retained only as needed for the basic functioning of the site (e.g. for holding products in your cart).

For European residents, note that your information is used in order to fulfil any contracts we might have with you (e.g. to complete an order you made through the Site), or for other legitimate interests outlined above. Your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
