A slim and sweet stab-bound journal, with a simple but pleasing mix of woven stone-coloured and smooth aubergine bookcloth. A striking home for little sketches and writing, or a budding poetry collection.
Stab binding is a traditional East Asian technique, so-called because the needle is ‘stabbed’ through the front of the bookblock. The pages are first folded, and bound with the folded edge facing outwards, which creates a lovely feel and effect.
