Dispatch times:
We aim to send out all orders as soon as possible, but please allow up to 5 working days.
Planners that are made to order can take 4-5 weeks for dispatch, please see the order page for current lead times.
If you require anything sooner, let us know in the checkout notes and we will try our best to accomodate!
Shipping:
UK shipping will be via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a flat rate of £3.95.
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
Returns:
We are not able to offer returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged or faulty (in which case please email us and we will be more than happy to sort it out for you). For more information, please see the returns policy.
